Chassis
Chassis and underside
Land Cruisers are built on a strong separate chassis, but salt and mud take their toll. Clear photos of the underside help us value fairly first time.
This is what we look at on every used Land Cruiser, and what is worth telling us, so your offer is right first time.
Chassis
Land Cruisers are built on a strong separate chassis, but salt and mud take their toll. Clear photos of the underside help us value fairly first time.
Engine
Tell us about smoke, rough running, knocking or warning lights, and any injector, turbo or timing work that has been done.
Suspension
Some Land Cruisers have height-adjustable rear suspension or KDSS. Tell us if it sits level and whether any warnings show.
Drivetrain
Tell us about any clunks, slipping or warning lights, and whether the transfer case and diff locks work as they should.
Equipment
Tell us the trim, the seat count and any extras: roof tents, drawers, winches, snorkels or upgraded wheels and suspension.
History
A Land Cruiser with a thick folder of invoices is easier to value. Mention big jobs like injectors, timing belts or chassis work.
